Tina Admans
Leadership Development Consultant
For over 20 years, Tina Admans has been working with individuals, teams and organizations in the US and abroad to develop their leadership ability, team and process effectiveness, communication and change management skills – both as a leader inside corporations and as an independent consultant.
Tina is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, where she obtained a BS in Finance. Recruited from IU by General Electric, Tina graduated from the GE Financial Management Program and then spent several years as a member of GE’s management training program where she began to develop her philosophy of leadership along with a highly developed process-orientated approach.
Tina sought out increasingly challenging roles with broader responsibilities across numerous industries. From aircraft facilities to manufacturing, the common thread, has always been to grow others into leaders, and build powerful, effective teams.
High energy and humor also define Tina as she uses her strategic and tactical mindset to work cross functionally with emerging leaders and executive teams. She finds success with clients when they see greater potential for themselves, each other, their processes and their organizations. Tina is a trained Facilitator of “The Leadership Challenge” and a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma.
