Daren Blonski

Daren Blonski is a Certified Leadership Challenge Workshop Facilitator and authority on the Kouzes and Posner leadership model. Formerly the Vice President of Leadership Development for Sonoma Leadership Systems, Daren is a determined entrepreneur with a love for public speaking and facilitating learning experiences. He is highly skilled at partnering with clients to develop training solutions and talent improvement strategies.
Daren graduated from the University of California at Davis with a major in Organizational Studies and recently completed a Master’s Degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Organizational Development at Sonoma State University. His experience working with large public and private enterprises to deliver leadership development solutions, along with his education, has given Daren the skill sets he needed to effectively connect leadership theory with real-world business applications.
While attending UC Davis, Daren also attended the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy (SEA); he currently serves on its Board of Directors. In addition, he served a two-year term as vice president of Marketing for the Mt. Diablo (CA) Chapter of ASTD.
