Daren Blonski

Daren Blonski is the Vice President of Leadership Development for Sonoma Leadership Systems. He is a determined entrepreneur with a love for public speaking and facilitating learning, and is experienced in partnering with clients to develop training solutions and talent improvement strategies. Daren is a Certified Facilitator and leading authority on The Leadership Challenge by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner.
Daren graduated from the University of California of Davis majoring in Organizational Studies. Daren is currently completing his Master’s in Psychology with an emphasis in Organizational Development from Sonoma State University. In conjunction with his education, Daren’s experience working with many of the largest public and private enterprises to deliver leadership development solutions, gives him the skill sets necessary to connect theory with real world business application.
While attending UC Davis, he also attended the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy (SEA); he currently serves on the SEA Board of Directors. Additionally he has served as the VP of Marketing for the Mt. Diablo Chapter of ASTD for the past two years.
