Known for her upbeat, hands-on style, Nancy uses a practical approach to facilitating learning. From preparing new supervisors for their roles, to helping leaders increase their impact, to teaching trainers how to facilitate workshops, Nancy draws from her personal corporate experience (warts and all!) to increase people’s personal effectiveness. She understands the universal truth — if business people, from front line employees to senior executives, are given relevant information in an engaging way, they will use it.
With expertise in communication skills and management development, Nancy designs and delivers training that sticks. She carries certifications from renowned organizations, such as FranklinCovey, AchieveGlobal, NetSpeed Learning Solutions, Sonoma Leadership Systems, and the TRACOM Group for delivering their highly regarded training programs. Additionally, she develops custom programs in the areas of performance management and facilitation and presentation skills. Learning solutions vary from 90-minute webinars, to three day intensive off-site programs with 360 degree assessments.
Over the past 20 years, Nancy has done work for Bank of America, Western Union, Cicso Systems, KPMG, Mercury Insurance, Nike, 24 Hour Fitness, the Los Angeles Police Department, and the Institute of Transportation Engineers, to name a few. She attended UCLA’s Certificate Program in Training and Human Resource Development and is a member of her local ASTD chapter.
