Danny Field has more than 30 years of experience in helping organizations unleash their human potential at all levels - five years as an internal consultant/trainer for a large San Francisco based company, and thirty years as an independent consultant/trainer. He has coached managers, designed and facilitated meetings and events, and designed and facilitated experiential workshops for organizations all over the world. The focus of his work is helping individuals to develop their personal leadership skills thereby increasing their effectiveness in working and producing results with other individuals, within teams, and within the larger organization.
Early in his career, he worked in business as an individual contributor, a supervisor, and a manager. While on a project team with an external OD consultant, he became interested in the field of Organizational Development. He went back to school and earned a Masters Degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development from University Associates, followed by post-graduate work in the Advanced Program for OD Professionals sponsored by Columbia University and the University of Michigan. He's a licensed facilitator of the MBTI, the SDI, the LIFO, the Organizational Workshop and the Social Styles Profile.
