Dario Gamboa
Leadership Challenge Facilitator
Dario Gamboa has more than 25 years of multicultural and multinational experience as a top human resources executive and consultant for major U.S. and Latin American organizations in the financial, money remittances, telecommunications, and consumer products industries. For the past four years, he has facilitated The Leadership Challenge® Workshops, in Spanish, Portuguese and English in 12 countries throughout the Americas and in Europe.
Dario has been recognized by customers and colleagues for passionately living personal and company values, his visionary approach to engaging employees through true and open communication, his flexibility to challenge processes, and his ability to empower and reward excellence.
Gamboa concluded his Doctoral Studies in Intercultural Communications at the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis; holds a Masters of Education degree in Counseling and Personnel Administration from the University of North Texas-Denton and has a “Licentiati” degree in Philosophy and Literatures from the Jesuit’s Javeriana University in Bogota, Colombia. In addition to his native Spanish, Gamboa is perfectly fluent in English, Portuguese and French.
