Gil Jardine
Leadership Development Consultant
Gil Jardine is an executive coach and leadership development consultant wholly dedicated to helping leaders recognize, affirm and develop their strengths. He applies years of organizational consulting experience in change management and leadership development as a foundation for his coaching. Gil helps clients define and build the skills and competencies that they need to succeed in new roles as well as existing roles during organizational transitions.
Gil has over 30 years of industry experience as an internal organizational and leadership consultant to executives with major corporations such as General Electric, Blue Cross and the Harris Corporation. As a consulting manager in change leadership, HR director and executive coach, Dan was employed by Deloitte and Touche for over ten years. His international practice focused on preparing high potential leaders for admission into the partnership and helping newer partners succeed in their transition.
In addition to earning recognition from the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Gil is a trained Leadership Challenge facilitator. He holds a BA from Columbia University, New York and an MPA in Organization Development from UNC-Chapel Hill. Gil’s other interests include fine wines—he makes group presentations and pours at a prize-winning vineyard—and singing in small choral groups
