Mike’s management experience at United Parcel Service, CMS Energy, and General Motors adds credibility and a real world, practical approach to his role as a Leadership Challenge Certified Master. His relationship with his clients tends to be long term with a focus on implementation and building internal leadership bench strength. His guidance helped Herman Miller, Inc., win the Optima Award for excellence in leadership development.
Mike’s clients cut across many industries. They include the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, Chrysler, New York Life, Novartis, AAA, Cisco Systems, Whirlpool, Abbott Labs, Ford Motor, Naval Air Systems Command, among others.
Mike is a graduate of Michigan State University and pursued graduate studies at Aquinas College.
