John has a diverse background, having worked in communications in a bay area high tech company to a mid sized credit union. As a leadership and team development consultant John has worked with a wide variety of teams, from large, established firms to start-ups, from seasoned executives to newly formed teams in multiple industries. He embraces the Five Dysfunctions of a Team model because it is simple, straight-forward and easily grasped and applied with all kinds of teams. Applying the model, teams consistently improve the way they interact and perform.
John has a degree in Communications from UC Davis. He has been certified in transition management, conflict resolution, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
