Editor, "The Leader's Almanac," and Personal Coach
Pat Schally is a business and personal coach who believes not only that "Life is a Journey", but that the journey is the destination. As an international traveler, she puts a high value on the discovery of other cultures, practices and innovative ways of thinking and living. She brings to her coaching a world's-eye view of the diverse ways leadership emerges in all cultures. Pat also calls upon that perspective when editing and writing on leadership topics for Sonoma Leadership Systems's Newsletter, The Leaders’ Almanac. She draws on her interest in observing current leadership trends and practices by managing Sonoma Leadership Systems’ blog, Leadership in the Moment.
Pat’s corporate background of 25 years’ experience includes work in sales and marketing in the travel business and in training at The Tom Peters Company. Her knowledge of the principles of the Leadership Challenge program gives her tools to coach leaders to enhance their skills and reinforce the principles of exemplary leaders.
She has a BA in Business Management from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, CA, is a certified professional coach through the Coaches Training Institute, and studied graduate level organizational leadership at Chapman University. Pat continues her education as a curious student in the world’s classroom.
