Randolph Schwering

Randolph Schwering is Associate Professor of Management at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. He has taught graduate and executive development courses in business strategy, innovation, leadership, organizational change, information technology and project management since 1987.
Randolph has also served as the Manager of the Executive Fellows Program, Director of the Executive Semester MBA Program and Chair of the Division of Management within the Helzberg School.
As President and founding principal of Schwering and Associates, Dr. Schwering has conducted over one hundred executive development & organizational development programs throughout the U.S. Established in 1978, the firm has served clients in a variety of contexts to include entrepreneurial start ups, global corporations, not-for-profits and all levels of government.
