Randolph Schwering

Randy Schwering is Associate Professor of Management at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. Since 1987, he has taught graduate and executive development courses in business strategy, innovation, leadership, organizational change, information technology, and project management. He also served as Manager of the Executive Fellows Program, Director of the Executive Semester MBA Program, and Chair of the Division of Management within the Helzberg School at Rockhurst.
As President and founding principal of Schwering and Associates, Dr. Schwering conducted more than a hundred executive development and organizational development programs throughout the U.S. His firm has served clients in a variety of contexts including entrepreneurial start ups, global corporations, not-for-profits, and all levels of government since 1978.
