Holly Seaton currently has a consulting psychology practice, assisting small to moderate-sized businesses in the areas of leadership, management, executive team function, and individual and partnership development. She has worked successfully coaching entrepreneurs in their evolution to a professionally managed business, helped family and closely held businesses navigate the unique challenges of meeting business needs and family needs, and helped large and small organizations address the roadblocks that interfere with the vitality of an organization and individuals. Holly is the in-house coach for all of Sonoma Leadership Systems' Open Enrollment Leadership Challenge Workshops, where she focuses on LPI feedback, Leader follow-up, and Leadership Next-steps and best practices.
With over 20 years of experience in human development, management, education and healthcare, Holly is knowledgeable about the complexities of human interests and interactions that impact the greatness of organizations. Skillful and practical in her approach, she not only adds a professional consultant perspective, but helps leaders and teams give voice to their goals and values and integrate these into their personal and organizational practice.
