Charles is an internationally experienced executive coach, consultant, and leadership and organizational development custom-program designer. He helps individuals, teams, and organizations reach and exceed their goals and has trained and coached thousands of individuals around the world.
Charles has worked with a wide range of organizations including Western Union, Caterpillar, Sun Microsystems, Sandia National Laboratories, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, and many others. He draws on his strong background as a hands-on executive having been a Fortune 500 executive, Director of Marketing for a Vail, Colorado, ski resort, and owner/partner in several entrepreneurial ventures.
