Leadership Challenge Certified Facilitator
Charlotte partners with clients to create solutions to increase leadership and team skills. Clients have included the Indian Gaming Palace, California Contractors State License Board, IBM Corporation, and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
At IBM, where she was employed for over twenty years, Charlotte redesigned two Leadership Development Programs for high potential leaders, as well as their the New Manager Training Program. She developed a train-the-trainer program for managers and leaders that enabled them to cascade leadership and team training throughout the organization and delivered leadership skills and team development programs for senior managers and their groups. A certified Organizational Consultant, Charlotte also provided Leadership and Team Training to IBM external clients.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, walking, hiking, swimming, and wine tasting and is actively involved in her community’s Red Hat Society group.
