The purpose of this study was to provide insight on how leaders can improve their company’s long-term financial performance by increasing leadership strength and cultural adaptability. Specifically, it focused on the leadership practices and characteristics of corporate culture most likely to increase a company’s ability to manage change.
The result? The study revealed that change leadership and adaptive corporate cultures have a strong impact on the bottom line. Practicing leadership behaviors does matter.
