Sonoma Leadership Systems, in partnership with authors Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner and Pfeiffer (an Imprint of John Wiley & Sons), offers The Leadership Challenge® Workshop Facilitator Certification. Our strategic aim is to make The Leadership Challenge Workshop materials widely available to the training and leadership development market and at the same time train and support a community of skilled facilitators. Together we have created a network of professionals willing to share ideas and best practices and work toward the overarching Leadership Challenge goal of making “leadership everyone’s business.”
