Pat Lencioni's interest in the world of work grew out of listening to his dad describe the frustrations and chaos within the company where he worked for 40 years. Over the years he developed a passion for helping organizations become healthier and more successful which eventually led to his starting The Table Group, a management-consulting firm focused on organizational health.
A consultant and speaker, Pat has worked with thousands of senior executives in organizations ranging from Fortune 500 corporations and professional sports teams to universities and nonprofits. Ken Blanchard, author of The One-Minute Manager, once described him as “fast defining the next generation of leadership thinkers.”
Lencioni is the author of nine best-selling books with nearly 3 million copies sold. After several years in print, his book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team continues to be a fixture on national best-seller lists.
