Pat Lencioni's interest in the world of work grew out of listening to his dad describe the frustrations and chaos within the company where he worked for 40 years. Over the years he developed a passion for helping organizations become healthier and more successful which eventually led to his starting The Table Group, a management-consulting firm focused on organizational health.

A consultant and speaker, Pat has worked with thousands of senior executives in organizations ranging from Fortune 500 corporations and professional sports teams to universities and nonprofits.
