Ken Hurdle is retired Chief Ombudsman for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and a Leadership Challenge Master Facilitator. In his 30 years of service at CDCR, Ken cultivated leadership "one raindrop at a time," continually reinforcing the messages that "Leadership is Everyone's Business”— that leadership is a process, it can be practiced, it is teachable, and it is altogether doable.

During his tenure at CDCR, Ken oversaw implementation of The Leadership Challenge Workshop® and Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI) for over 1600 second-line supervisors and managers.
