This exciting new workshop from Sonoma Leadership Systems introduces individuals in leadership roles to the seven essential skills of Encouraging the Heart and gives them the opportunity to assess their own ability in this leadership practice.
Prior to the workshop, participants complete and score The Encouragement Index and are asked to bring the results to the workshop. This 21-item self-assessment helps individuals discover their strengths and gives them a basis for improvement in the Encourage the Heart practice.
During the workshop, key background information is delivered through short lectures. Then with the help of the Participant Workbook, interactive and experiential learning activities, and group discussions, leaders delve more deeply into the behaviors that make up the Encourage the Heart practice.
