The Challenge Continues® addresses the important question, "What's Next?" after The Leadership Challenge® Workshop. The program consists of five modules designed as brief follow-up or refresher sessions that give leaders a deeper understanding of each of The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® while challenging them to implement their new skills and behaviors going forward. Participants are asked to:
• Reflect upon and share small wins they have experienced since their leadership journey began;
• Practice specific skills and behaviors that will prepare them for the next steps in their journey; and
• Move beyond self-development and identify ways of using the Five Practices to develop their team members and achieve broader spheres of influence within their organizations.
The Challenge Continues® is a flexible, customizable program for leaders at all levels who have completed The Leadership Challenge® or Leadership Is Everyone's Business® workshops. Guided by a workbook focused on the specific practice, each of the five modules can be delivered in the classroom or as e-learning experiences by a qualified facilitator.
