The Leader's Voice™ Workshop is a 2-day experience in leadership communication. It teaches leaders how to communicate through the lens of The Five Practices® and is an ideal complement to The Leadership Challenge® Workshop. 

The Leader's Voice™ lessons uncover the basic barriers to communicating effectively and increase participants' ability to connect verbally in face-to-face situations, in written communications, and in the virtual workplace by employing the Factual, Emotional and Symbolic (FES) communication model. Facilitated by a skilled trainer the workshop can be implemented as a stand-alone program or part of a current training initiative.
