Designed as an intro to The Leadership Challenge® Workshop, Sonoma Leadership Systems offers a 6-session, 6-week, facilitator-led webinar series complete with lecture, group discussions, breakout rooms, polling, and homework.
The first session in the series is 90 minutes and sets the stage for the leadership journey. The next five sessions on subsequent Fridays are each 60 minutes long Sessions begin promptly at 10:00 am Pacific Time. Instructions will be sent following registration.

Leaders at every level, including persons...
- wishing to preview The Leadership Challenge® workshop for themselves or to bring it in-house.
- interested in examining their leadership behaviors using a proven assessment tool (LPI)
- wanting to learn about transformational leadership development
- new to a leadership position or being groomed for a future leadership role.
Webinar series cost: $600 per person.
Group discounts are available for 3 or more people attending from the same organization. Registration includes the acclaimed Leadership Practices Inventory® (LPI) assessment.
